We then set out to further strengthen the analysis landscape or move straight to strategic recommendations. We help make sure execution of the plan takes place too.
This is how we are going to develop your Strategic Plan:
Phase 1. Kick-off and Discovery. Open discussion on your needs and the known internal and external situation.
Phase 2. Analysis of Current Situation, including market trends, size of the market, management interviews, competitors, distribution, product, operations, value proposition, customer interviews, cost structure, and revenue streams.
Phase 3. Develop a Strategic Plan, which includes a summary of key findings, objectives, target markets, strategies, and tactics.
Phase 4. Develop Financials (option)
Phase 5. Presentation of Plan
